4 WAYS TO STORE AN APPLE

apple are prone to bruise and it also have the tendency to shrink due to loss of moisture, so it needs careful handling and storage

1. it must be kept under refrigeration at a relative humidity of 80-90%

2. it has the tendency to absorb odor, so mind other food stuff kept along with it

3. it must be properly washed and kept in a perforated bag or ziplock bag and then refrigerated

4. in case you want to store cut apple(in which you ate half of it), just mix that cut part in a little lime or orange juice to prevent browning reaction due to oxidation..
