How to lose your weight with apple
Step 1:
first thing in the morning before any activity, eat 2 small apple(green or red) with a glass of water or 1 big apple(green or red) with a glass of water 10 min before you do any activity or take your breakfast.
Step 2:
during the day like your lunch period before, repeat the process again by eating 2 small apple(green or red) with a glass of water or 1 big apple(green or red) with a glass of water after your meal or without a meal
Step 3:
during night time like your bedtime period that is after taking your meal and you are about to go to bed, repeat the process again by eating 2 small apple(green or red) with a glass of water or 1 big apple(green or red) with a glass of water after your meal or without a meal
